If you’re planning University related travel, check out our internal travel portal, Gryphons GO&PAY! While other booking options also remain, those who choose to use Gryphon’s GO&PAY (formerly Concur) will experience a seamless end-to-end travel experience which includes enhanced efficiencies, and savings. Bookings can be completed using a personal credit card, or if preferred, users can apply for a University Travel Card (TCard).
Gryphons GO&PAY is part of our continued effort to modernize University operations and improve service. Early feedback from those already using Gryphons GO&PAY has been positive, highlighting the integration of the booking and expense processes within a single platform. We encourage you to explore the advantages of Gryphons GO&PAY including:
- A seamless traveler experience with desktop and mobile access, consolidated itineraries, and 24/7 travel support.
- Integration with the expense claim system—booking invoices appear in expense files within 24 to 36 hours of charges.
- Group air booking services and conference booking assistance.
- Personal points accommodation and up to 15% cost savings on bookings.
You can book travel through Gryphons GO&PAY with either a personal credit card or the University TCard, which can be applied for online. Please allow up to 10 days for card processing. To assist in familiarizing yourself with Gryphons GO&PAY, virtual information sessions will be held starting in late November. These sessions will include a demo, details about the TCard, and a Q&A segment. If you’d like to join a session see the included demo booking.
